Production Packers

Model SH-AD1 Tension Packer is a retrievable, tension set packer, designed to hold pressure from below.

Large Bore Model SH-R3D Double Grip Retrievable Casing Packers are used in production, stimulation and testing operations where maximum I.D. Is required.

Model SH-R3 Single Grip Retrievable Casing Packers are used in production as a conventional long stroke Packer.

The Model SH-S1X HP single string Mechanical Production Packer is a retrievable, double grip compression or tension-set production packer that holds pressure from above or below. Once set, the tubing string can be left in tension, compression, or in a neutral position.

Model SHP-2 Hydraulic Set Packer can be run in single or multiple zone installations. It is recommended for deviated wells where conditions are not suitable for mechanical or electric wire packers.

Model SFH Retrievable Hydraulic Packer is used in production, injection and zonal isolation. It can be run in single or multiple zone installations.

Model SHIELD-SET retainer production packers are hydraulically set Packers. Both models permit the maximum possible bore through the seal accessory, which is latched into the packer. An independent polished bore can be connected on the top of the packer to get a max ID. The hydraulic setting mechanism makes the Packers particularly suitable for use in highly deviated wells.

Model SBP-S Production Packers are used on installations requiring premium production equipment for high temperatures and pressures. These wireline set, millable packers are available for 4 1/2” through 11 3/4” casings.

Model SHILELD-SET Retrievable Production Packers are used for production, injection, testing, fracturing, squeeze cementing, gravel packing and as temporary bridge plugs.

Mill-Out Extension is used in installations where floating seals are required due to tubing contractions. In addition, this packer accessory provides a larger ID between a packer bore and a seal bore extension allowing a packer to be milled out.

Knock-Out Bottom runs below the packer to recess the knock-out plug so as to convert a packer as a bridge plug holding pressure from above and below.

Seal Bore Extension is used in installation where floating seals are required due to tubing contractions. This packer accessory allows for a continuous seal bore and is available in length up to twenty feet.

Concentric Bottom is used to connect seal bore extensions to a packer.

Concentric Coupling is used to connect seal bore extensions to increase length.

Snap Latch Seal Assembly latches into the packer upon set down (like our Anchor Latch Seal Assembly).

Tubing Seal Nipple is used as the lower seal assembly or assemblies in multiple packer installations. With sufficient seal units, mis-measurement or tubing movement can be accommodated.

The SHIELD-ESP packer is a single string set, retrievable packer that is contains umbilical ports for electric and control lines that are used to facilitate the installation of an electric submersible pump.

It is used to temporary plug the tubing string with the use of a setting ball. The sub is installed below a hydraulically actuated tool to provide a method of applying tubing pressure required to activate the tool.

It is available with a variety of threads allowing installation to the bottom of the tubing string to isolate the tubing from the annulus.

SHIELD-EXJ expansion joint is a key accessory to downhole string, which is used for compensation mechanism by the length change of string, caused by internal and external pressure or temperature changes mechanism.

Tubing Swivel allows to rotate the work string without breaking the surface flow-line connections. This feature makes handling supply lines easier and prevents the binding frequently associated with the attachment of stiff cementing hoses.
