MAP Completion Tech supplies retrievable service tools for isolation, pressure testing, treating, squeeze cementing and plug-and-abandonment operations. The page describes downhole tools and does not imply that MCT provides wireline, pumping, diagnostic or workover services.
Service and storm packers
The service-tool portfolio includes the SXLT compression-set service packer, SH-SST retrievable service packer, SRTS full-opening retrievable service packer and SHIELD SPPI straddle system. Select the model according to the required isolation, testing or treatment program and verify operating limits in the controlled datasheet.
Retrievable bridge plugs
Retrievable bridge-plug options include the RBP-S1X for selective-zone treating and testing and the SWBR wireline-set retrievable bridge plug. Applications may include acidizing, fracturing, cementing, casing-pressure testing and temporary isolation, subject to the selected model’s approved procedure and operating envelope.
Valves and testing tools
The range includes the Shield SSTTV Single Shot Tubing Test Valve, Shield-SV Surge Valve, SH Compression Unloader, safety joints and the SRSJ Rotational Safety Joint. Product-specific operating sequences and limits remain in the controlled datasheets.
Storm valves
SESV and SASV storm valves are included in the service-tool portfolio. Their precise operating functions and pressure-control roles must not be expanded beyond their controlled technical documentation.
Setting tools
The HST Hydraulic Setting Tool is used to run and set compatible packers, bridge plugs and cement retainers on a work string, production tubing or coiled tubing. Confirm compatibility and operating limits before use.
